*The student fee applies to students registered for a full time higher degree and must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. This rate is not applicable to post-doctoral students
**Conference Dinner
There will be an Optional Conference dinner, on Tuesday 12th October.
The Dinner will be a BBQ pool-side at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa overlooking the San Diego’s famous Mission Bay, a paradise of palms and perfect sandy bayfronts.....
Accompanying partners are also welcome to purchase tickets and attend the Dinner.
The registration fee includes:
- Access to all conference sessions
- Access to poster and exhibition areas
- CD available at the conference and conference documentation
- Lunch and mid-session refreshments as scheduled in the conference programme
- Welcome Drinks Reception Sunday 10th October
- A special issue of Journal of Hydrology to be mailed to all registered delegates after the conference

Payment
Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellation
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by Sunday August 29, 2010, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Sunday September 12, 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Sunday September 12, 2010, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
