An optional conference dinner will be held on Tuesday 12th October, 2010. The venue has yet to be confirmed and more information regarding this event will be posted on the website shortly.
Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by Sunday August 29, 2010, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Sunday September 12, 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Sunday September 12, 2010, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
